Job summary

Harper is seeking a software engineer to pair with enterprise teams, learn their workflows, and design AI solutions that are deployed in production.

You will build AI agents integrated with customer systems, write robust integrations, and guide deployments with reliability in mind. Strong communication and ownership are essential, with 4+ years of hands-on experience and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on software engineering with production systems.
• Platform integration experience: APIs, cloud infrastructure, MCP, data flows.
• Strong problem-solving and comfort in front of customers owning an ambiguous problem.
• Excellent communication and high-ownership mindset; Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise teams to learn workflows and design AI solutions.
• Build agents integrated with customer systems and APIs.
• Write production-grade code for integrations and workflows.
• Deliver platform deployments with reliability and performance responsibilities.
• Run workshops with client teams to uncover needs and guide implementation.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams and contribute back to tools.
