Job summary

Canberra Grammar School is seeking an Enrolments Officer on a fixed-term, one-year contract to support enrolment growth and retention. You will manage the prospective family journey, maintain accurate data and coordinate the enrolment pipeline, acting as a first point of contact for families in person, by phone or email.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-level customer service in education settings.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with databases or student management systems (Synergetic desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support management of the prospective family journey and enrolment pipeline.
• Maintain accurate enrolments data and coordinate communications.
• Provide frontline contact for families via phone, email or in person.
• Assist Head of Enrolments to ensure smooth operations.
