Respect Group Limited in Australia is hiring a full-time Enrolled Nurse to work with Registered Nurses and care staff, supporting clinical outcomes and resident wellbeing in a safe, respectful environment.

You will complete admissions, document care delivery, administer medications, monitor health, and participate in handovers to promote person-centred care. Salary base is 79,000–90,000 with salary packaging benefits and opportunities for development.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in aged care.
• Strong clinical skills, sound judgement, and the ability to monitor, assess, and respond to changes in residents’ health.
• Knowledge of residential care practices, care planning, clinical documentation, and the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
• Understanding of aged care accreditation processes and a commitment to providing safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain), required immunisations, and a flexible, professional approach to shift work.

*The successful candidate will receive a base salary between the range of $79,000 to $90,000.
