SA Health is seeking Enrolled Nurses to join Rehabilitation teams at Tobruk Ward (Specialised Stroke Rehabilitation) and Kokoda Ward (General Rehabilitation) in Adelaide. You will support the Registered Nurse and multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care across busy rehabilitation environments.

Qualifications

• Registration or eligibility for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
• Medication endorsement, or eligibility to obtain endorsement.
• Commitment to person-centred care and positive patient experiences.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Passion for rehabilitation nursing or willingness to develop expertise in this area.
