Job summary

Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre– Rehabilitation Aged & Palliative Care is seeking Enrolled Nurses to join Tobruk Ward and Kokoda Ward. You will work under the Nurse Unit Manager to deliver patient-centred care in rehabilitation settings.

These roles offer exposure to stroke and general rehabilitation, with supportive multidisciplinary teams and opportunities to develop rehabilitation nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Registration or eligibility for Enrolled Nurse with the NMBA Australia.
• Medication endorsement or eligibility to obtain endorsement.
• Commitment to person-centred care and positive patient experiences.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Interest in rehabilitation nursing or willingness to develop expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support the RN and multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Enrolled Nurse - Partners in Better Health

We are seeking motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated teams on Tobruk Ward (Specialised Stroke Rehabilitation) and Kokoda Ward (General Rehabilitation, including post trauma, orthopaedic and acute medical). These are busy, fast-paced environments where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference throughout a patient's recovery journey.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will support the Registered Nurse and multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Rehabilitation nursing plays a vital role in helping patients build confidence, maximise function, and work towards meaningful recovery goals.

About you:

• Registration, or eligibility for registration, as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• Medication endorsement, or eligibility to obtain endorsement
• A commitment to person-centred care and positise patient experiences
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• A passion for rehabilitation nursing, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise in this specialty area
