Job summary

Australian Regional and Remote Community Services is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to support clinical care for residents and home care clients in remote SA communities. The role is permanent, full-time (38 hours weekly), with a gross base hourly rate of $35.79–$40.55, equating to a $70,723–$80,036 annual base.

You will work across day and night shifts, provide leadership, and mentor junior staff within a remote ageing care setting.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Registered Nurse.
• AQF Diploma in Nursing or higher qualification.
• At least 12 months of full-time work experience (post qualification) in the last 5 years.
• Ability to liaise with a care team and mentor others when required.
• Knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and aged care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review care plans to meet health needs and quality of life.
• Report changes or concerns in a resident's condition.
• Provide nursing care within the scope of clinical practice.
• Ensure care is planned, implemented and evaluated per ARRCS model of care.
• Assist with research on clinical matters.
• Support residents in programs and recreational activities.
• Monitor and delegate personal care within ARRCS manual.
