Job summary

Rockpool Residential Aged Care in Hamilton QLD is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver safe, person-centred nursing care under clinical direction. You will work with Registered Nurses and Personal Carers to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care daily.

You will administer medications with your endorsement where applicable, maintain precise documentation and contribute to care planning, audits and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Registered Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Diploma of Nursing and endorsement for medicines administration (where applicable).
• Experience in aged care or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to document accurately and maintain high-quality records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based and person-centred nursing care under RN direction.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and report early signs of deterioration promptly.
• Work with Personal Carers to support care on shift.
• Administer medications in line with your endorsement.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and contribute to care planning and quality activities.
