You will collaborate with Registered Nurses and Personal Carers, maintain documentation, participate in care planning and quality activities, and bring empathy, calm under pressure, and a genuine commitment to aged care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration required.
• Diploma of Nursing is mandatory.
• Endorsement for administration of scheduled medicines is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care under supervision.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and report deterioration promptly.
• Collaborate with Personal Carers on shift.
• Administer medications within your scope and endorsement (where applicable).
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Contribute to care planning, audits and incident reporting.
