Respect is recruiting an Enrolled Nurse to support residents at Cedar Place, Kempsey NSW in a rewarding part-time role. You will work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality clinical and personal care in a welcoming aged care setting.

We value compassionate care, strong communication, and teamwork. You will hold current AHPRA registration, 1.5+ years of experience, and required compliance checks to ensure resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 1.5 years of Enrolled Nurse experience.
• Passion for aged care and resident wellbeing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Current National Police Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check current.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe and compassionate resident-focused care.
• Assisting with clinical assessments, documentation, and care planning.
• Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting clinical changes.
• Supporting medication administration in line with scope of practice.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
