Job summary

Right at Home is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs for an immediate start. You will deliver person-centred nursing care in clients' homes, working with Registered Nurses and care staff to meet individual care plans.

Responsibilities include wound care, medication administration, observations, and clear documentation. The role requires a current driver's licence, Police Check, NDIS screening, WWC, and the ability to work independently within a supportive

Qualifications

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Current Police Check and relevant clearances.
• Current NDIS Screening check or willingness to apply.
• Current WWC Check.
• Experience in community care, aged care, or disability (preferred).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with clinical tasks including wound care, medication administration, and observations.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support clients with daily living activities as required.
• Collaborate with families, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
• Escalate clinical concerns to Registered Nurses or health professionals.
