Job summary

Right at Home is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs for an immediate start. You will deliver person-centred nursing care in clients' homes, working with Registered Nurses and care staff to meet individual care plans.

Responsibilities include wound care, medication administration, observations, and clear documentation. The role requires a current driver's licence, Police Check, NDIS screening, WWC, and the ability to work independently within a supportive

About the Role:

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care staff to deliver person-centred care in a community setting. You will be responsible for supporting clinical care needs while building positive relationships with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in line with individual care plans
• Assist with clinical tasks including wound care, medication administration, and observations
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support clients with daily living activities as required
• Collaborate with families, carers, and the multidisciplinary team
• Escalate clinical concerns to Registered Nurses or relevant health professionals
• Support and guide Personal Care Workers when required
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries
• Contribute to a positive team culture and client-focused environment
• Assist with risk assessments and incident reporting
