Job summary

Right at Home is seeking an Enrolled Nurse in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne for an immediate start, delivering person-centred nursing care in clients’ homes.

You will work with Registered Nurses and care staff to implement care plans, perform wound care, administer medications, monitor client conditions, and document care activities while supporting families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing and AHPRA registration required.
• Experience in community, aged care, or disability care preferred.
• Current Police Check and WWC/NDIS checks as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with wound care, medication administration, and observations.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support clients with daily living activities as required.
• Collaborate with families, carers, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Escalate clinical concerns to Registered Nurses or health professionals.
• Support and guide Personal Care Workers when required.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and client-focused environment.
• Assist with risk assessments and incident reporting.
