Calvary Home Care in Port Augusta is seeking a passionate Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality personal care to clients in the local community. You will join an integrated team within an established framework, supporting residents to maintain independence and wellbeing.

Key qualities include current AHPRA registration, ability to obtain NDIS and Police clearances, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement. A valid driver’s license, CPR, and manual handling training are desired.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Nursing Registration.
• Willing to obtain appropriate checks – NDIS and Police clearances.
• Full driver’s license.
• CPR and Manual Handling.
• Experience not required but advantageous.
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
• Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.

Responsabilités

• Support clients to live the life they choose, allowing independence.
• Contribute to physical, emotional and lifestyle needs through assessment and observation.
• Implement care interventions delegated by the Registered Nurse as per care plan.
• Recognise and respond to clinical deterioration with escalation as needed.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene while encouraging independence.
