Job summary

Calvary Home Care Adelaide is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes. This permanent role supports personal care within an established plan and contributes to positive, compassionate outcomes in the community.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safety, continuity of care and patient independence, with opportunities for development and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
• Willing to obtain NDIS and Police clearances
• Full drivers licence
• CPR and Manual Handling
• Experience in a community or aged care setting
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement
• Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control

Responsibilities

• Support clients to live independently and exercise choice.
• Assess and observe physical, emotional and lifestyle needs.
• Implement care interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse and in the care plan.
• Recognise and respond to clinical deterioration with escalation.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, wounds and medications with patient safety in mind.
