Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network - Hawker is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide person-centred nursing care in a rural setting. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse/Midwife and contribute to assessment, care planning and education within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and eligible to hold a current practising certificate.
• Experience providing nursing care in accordance with professional standards of practice.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to prioritise workload, recognise changes in clinical condition and deliver person-centred care.

About the Role:

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to patient assessment, care planning, health education, quality improvement and the supervision of students and assistants, while continuing to develop your clinical skills and professional practice.
