Qualifications

• Must have nursing qualifications and be eligible to practise as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
• Ability to undertake assessments and deliver care within the scope of practice.
• Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care by undertaking assessments, routine procedures and care activities.
• Plan and complete nursing care tasks under supervision with clinical judgement.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and support students and Assistants in Nursing.
• Contribute to quality improvement and research activities to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and families and maintain professional development and competence.
