Job summary

Lumia Care Pty is recruiting experienced Enrolled Nurses for community and home-based care in Adelaide. You will support clients with personal care, medication management, wound care and related tasks across multiple home visits, including coverage for our private school nursing program.

Candidates should hold a Diploma of Nursing with at least 1 year of Enrolled Nurse experience, have AHPRA registration, and be able to work independently with strong clinical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing with at least 1 year of Enrolled Nurse experience.
• Experience in community, aged care, or disability sectors preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Current AHPRA registration is mandatory.
• National Police Clearance and clearances (WWCC, NDIS) required.

Adelaide - We have a range of casual and permanent opportunities available, for qualified and experienced Enrolled Nurses who are passionate about providing person-centered care. As a member of our Community Care team, you will support clients with personal care, medication, wound management, and other tasks. In this role, you will visit multiple clients in their homes within a single shift, delivering exceptional care and support. This role will also consist of providing coverage to our private school nursing program.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver nursing care within the scope of an Enrolled Nurse as per AHPRA registration.

Build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.

Provide observations and valuable patient feedback, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Accurately complete patient notes and relevant documentation and report any concerns or issues.

Provide coverage to our private school nursing program.

About You:

Our ideal candidates will hold a Diploma of Nursing with at least 1 year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse, ideally in the community, aged care, or disability sectors. We seek individuals who can work independently and possess strong critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to delivering consistent, quality care.
