Job summary
CRANAplus is looking for a compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network in Ceduna. In this temporary full-time position, you will provide person-centred care, supporting individuals receiving home assistance services.
Your responsibilities include delivering safe nursing care, monitoring wellbeing, and assisting with care planning. A minimum of 3 years of post-registration experience is required, along with registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Qualifications
- Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care within scope of practice.
- Support participants to remain independent at home.
- Assist with care planning and service coordination.
