Job summary

Harwell Home Care is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver clinical nursing care in clients\' homes in Canberra. You\'ll work to care plans, administer medications, monitor health, and support chronic disease management while collaborating with other health professionals.

Requirements include 12 months of nursing experience, AHPRA registration for Enrolled Nurse, a valid driver\'s license, and willingness to travel. Night shifts and immediate start are available, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of professional nursing experience.
• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• A current driver\'s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
• Must have work rights in Australia.
• Experience in community, aged care, or DVA nursing is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and monitoring for reactions or side effects.
• Performing wound care, vital signs monitoring, and catheter care as needed.
