Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Passion for delivering quality aged care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team and across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care.
• Monitor, assess and report changes in resident health.
• Administer medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records.
• Support clinical governance, AN-ACC, NQIP and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with residents, families and the care team to achieve outcomes.
