Job summary

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 6 months experience in acute or aged care.
• Familiarity with SARAH is preferred; quick learner acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care with the care team.
• Administer medications and manage wounds.
• Develop and update care plans with accurate documentation.
• Support the Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse.
