Qualifications

• Must have AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 6 months experience in acute or aged care.
• Familiarity with Lee care and MediMap preferred, quick to learn new systems.
• Organised, reliable, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately.
• Wound management and updating care plans.
• Develop and update care plans while maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to provide person-centred care.
• Guide and support personal care workers and monitor changes in residents’ health, reporting to doctors or families as needed.
