• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with contemporary clinical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred, evidence-based nursing care within the EN scope in Day Surgery.
• Contribute to governance, risk management and quality improvement activities.
• Mentor less experienced staff and support education of colleagues.
• Promote learning, health education for patients and carers, and team leadership.
