Qualifications

• Registration or eligibility for Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Medication endorsement or eligibility to obtain endorsement.
• Commitment to person-centred care and positive patient experiences.
• Ability to deliver safe, high-quality care in line with NSQHS Standards.
• Strong communication, resilience and teamwork in a busy acute care environment.

Responsibilities

• Support patients with frailty, falls and dementia within a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with NSQHS Standards.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to plan and document patient care.
• Assist with medication administration and patient education.
