Job summary

SA Health’s Marjorie Tripp Ward in Adelaide is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join a specialised 20-bed acute geriatrics unit. You’ll work with experienced nurses and a multidisciplinary team to support older patients with frailty, falls and dementia, focusing on dignity and wellbeing.

This role provides opportunities to grow clinically in a supportive, team-oriented environment within a busy acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Registration, or eligibility for registration, as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Medication endorsement, or eligibility to obtain endorsement.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver safe, high-quality care in line with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a busy acute care environment.

Working alongside experienced nurses and a multidisciplinary team, you'll support patients with conditions such as frailty, falls and dementia, helping them maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing.
