SA Health in Adelaide is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join Marjorie Tripp Ward, a specialised 20-bed acute geriatrics unit delivering high-quality care for older people with complex health needs.

You will work with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to support patients with frailty, falls and dementia, helping them maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing each day.

Formación

• Enrolled Nurse registered or eligible with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Medication endorsement or eligible to obtain endorsement.
• Commitment to person-centred care and positive patient experiences.
• Ability to deliver safe, high-quality care in line with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
• Strong communication, resilience and teamwork in a busy acute care environment.
