Job summary

Australian Unity seeks an Enrolled Nurse at Racecourse Grange in Mornington to deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care within a modern residential aged care setting. You will work with Clinical Care Managers, Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to support resident wellbeing and outcomes.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration and demonstrate a passion for aged care, strong communication, and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred and compliant nursing care.
• Monitor, assess and report changes in resident health and wellbeing.
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records.
• Support clinical governance, AN-ACC, NQIP, risk and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with residents, families and the broader care team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Campbell Place is a modern 102-bed residential aged care community located in the heart of Mornington. The Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be part of the clinical team, partnering with Clinical Care Managers, Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care and positive resident outcomes.
