Job summary

Wattleglen Aged Care in Sale, Victoria is seeking a Casual Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care across flexible shifts. You will work alongside Registered Nurses and the care team to support residents and document care plans.

Qualifications

• Registered Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 1.5 years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Previous aged care experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, resident-centred care to aged care residents.
• Assist with clinical assessments, care planning and documentation.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
• Administer medications within scope of practice.
• Support residents to maintain independence and quality of life.

About The Role

As a Casual Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents while working alongside Registered Nurses and the wider care team. This role offers flexibility across a variety of shifts, making it ideal for nurses seeking work-life balance or additional hours.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Minimum 1.5 years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse
• Previous aged care experience highly regarded
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• A genuine commitment to resident-centred care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends when required
• Current National Police Check
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
