Respect Group is seeking a passionate Enrolled Nurse for a casual role at Cooinda in Lithgow, NSW 2790. You will work closely with Registered Nurses to provide high-quality clinical and personal care, helping residents maintain wellbeing in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 1.5 years of Enrolled Nurse experience.
• Passion for aged care and resident wellbeing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Minimum 1.5 years of Enrolled Nurse experience
• A genuine passion for aged care and resident wellbeing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends if required
• Current National Police Certificate
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
