Job summary

Royal Rehab Ryde is seeking Enrolled Nurse casual pool staff to provide holistic inpatient care within our rehabilitation setting, delivering compassionate support aligned with each patient’s goals.

You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, offering flexible hours and a patient‑centred approach across inpatient and outpatient services. Essential criteria include AHPRA registration and strong clinical communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have professional registration with AHPRA and nursing qualifications.
• Experience in rehabilitation or inpatient settings is desirable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic patient care within the inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Promote therapeutic relationships to support patient rehabilitation goals.
• Assist in delivering the Nursing Service objectives and philosophy.

About The Role

Join our Enrolled Nurse Casual Pool and make a real difference every shift! You’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate and holistic care to patients on an individualised basis in accordance with their goals and needs. If you strive for excellence in all you do, want flexible hours and would like to work as part of our supportive rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing holistic patient care within the inpatient rehabilitation setting.


• Promoting the development of therapeutic relationships with the aim of facilitating the patient’s rehabilitation goals.


• Supporting the objectives and philosophy of the Nursing Service.


• Contributing to the person’s rehabilitation goals in accordance with Royal Rehab's vision, purpose and values.

• Suitable qualifications for the level of applicant - Professional registration with AHPRA.


• Suitable knowledge & experience in rehabilitation.
