Serco is seeking an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join Williamtown Health Centre, delivering frontline nursing care to Defence personnel in a busy primary healthcare setting.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, provide outpatient care, and support ambulatory services with supervision from a Registered Nurse. The role emphasizes patient-centred care, clinical governance and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current unconditional AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2).
• Minimum two years post-registration nursing experience within last five years.
• Medication endorsement (if applicable to role requirements).
• Commitment to clinical governance, infection control and high-quality patient care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver nursing care to Defence personnel under RN supervision.
• Provide outpatient care and support inpatient care as required.
• Administer medications in line with legislation and protocols.

About Williamtown Health Centre

Located 30km north of Newcastle at RAAF Base Williamtown, Australia’s premier fighter pilot training base. The base is one of the busiest in NSW, employing over 4500 people. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical services. Standard operating hours are generally 0730-1530 Monday - Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver nursing care to Defence personnel under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Provide outpatient care, and where required support inpatient care within a health centre or hospital setting
• Administer medications (where endorsed) in line with legislative requirements and clinical protocols
• Assist with patient assessments, treatment plans and health promotion activities
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality care

What You Bring

• Current unconditional and unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
• Minimum two years’ post registration nursing experience in acute care, primary healthcare or similar setting within the last five years
• Medication endorsement (if applicable to role requirements)
• Commitment to clinical governance, infection control and high-quality patient care
• Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
• Australian Citizenship required (baseline security clearance)
• Commitment to CPD and ongoing professional development
