Job summary

Respect Group is hiring Enrolled Nurses to join Mitchell House in Morwell, VIC. The role offers Part-Time or Casual shifts within a welcoming aged care setting, working with Registered Nurses and care staff to support positive outcomes and resident wellbeing.

The position focuses on person-centred care, accurate documentation, safe medication administration, and active participation in clinical handovers and care planning. A two-year post-graduate background in aged care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing and AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum two years' post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in aged care.
• Strong clinical assessment and observation skills.
• Understanding of residential aged care practices and clinical documentation.
• Knowledge of aged care standards and commitment to high-quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Immunisations and flexible, professional approach to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct admission and ongoing resident assessments to support individualised care planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Administer medications safely and maintain medication records.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to Registered Nurses.
• Support delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Participate in handovers, care planning discussions, and quality initiatives.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

About the Role

We are currently seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated clinical team at Mitchell House on a Part-Time or Casual basis.

Working closely with Registered Nurses and care staff, you will support positive clinical outcomes, monitor resident wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment where residents receive person-centred care and support.

No Two Days Are the Same! As an Enrolled Nurse You Will:

About You
