Job summary

Respect Group Limited is currently inviting Enrolled Nurses to join Mitchell House in Morwell, Victoria on a part-time or casual basis. You will work alongside Registered Nurses and care staff to support positive clinical outcomes and person-centred care.

In this role you will administer medications, maintain clinical documentation, participate in handovers and care planning, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment for residents, their families and staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum two years’ post-graduate clinical experience, preferably within aged care.
• Strong clinical assessment and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive admission and ongoing resident assessments to support individualised care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Administer medications safely and maintain correct medication records.
• Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes to Registered Nurses.
• Support delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Participate in clinical handovers and care planning discussions.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful environment for residents, visitors and staff.

About the Role

We are currently seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated clinical team at Mitchell House on a Part-Time or Casual basis.

Working closely with Registered Nurses and care staff, you will support positive clinical outcomes, monitor resident wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment where residents receive person-centred care and support.

No Two Days Are the Same! As an Enrolled Nurse You Will:

• Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

About You

You'll thrive with us if you have:

• Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum two years' post-graduate clinical experience, preferably within aged care.
• Strong clinical assessment and observation skills.
• Sound understanding of residential aged care practices and clinical documentation.
• Knowledge of aged care standards and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Required immunisations and a flexible, professional approach to shift work.
