Fairway Bayside Aged Care in Sandringham is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to lead with purpose, champion clinical excellence, and support residents with comprehensive health assessments. This role emphasizes clinical leadership and advocacy within a collaborative team.

You will mentor care staff, partner with General Practitioners and allied health colleagues, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement under the Aged Care Quality Standards in a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Enrolled Nurse registered with AHPRA.
• Experience in aged care or hospital settings is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and support care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsabilités

• Clinical Leadership: oversee high-quality clinical care and conduct complex health assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centered clinical care, conducting complex health assessments and implementing robust care interventions.

Multidisciplinary Liaison: Act as the primary clinical point of contact, seamlessly collaborating with General Practitioners, consultant pharmacists, allied health specialists, and families.

Team Mentorship: Supervise, support, and mentor personal care assistants to foster a culture of safety and accountability.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with legislation, supporting the facility through audit cycles and accreditation requirements.
