Job summary

Doutta Galla Aged Services is seeking Enrolled Nurses for a part-time role at Doutta Galla Lynch's Bridge in Kensington, VIC. You will join our clinical care team delivering person-centered care to enhance wellbeing, dignity and quality of life for residents.

The roster includes specific shifts and a collaborative care environment with Registered Nurses, care staff, and families, focused on compassionate, respectful care and continuous improvement in aged care standards.

Qualifications

• Current Enrolled Nurse (Div 2) registration with AHPRA (with no restrictions).
• Experience working in an aged care environment.
• A passion for aged care and making a difference to the lives of older people.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support in line with individual care plans.
• Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice.
• Observe and document residents’ health, behaviour, and responses to care.
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals, and families.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents that promote trust and comfort.
• Support daily living activities while promoting independence and choice.

We have part-time opportunity for Enrolled Nurses at Doutta Galla Lynch's Bridge located in Kensington. You will be working as part of our clinical care team, delivering person-centered care that enhances the wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life for residents.

The roster will be as mentioned below:

Week 2: Wednesday 0700-1445, Thursday 0700-1445, Friday 1445-2200

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support in line with individual care plans.
