Job summary

BaptistCare Strathalan Community (Macleod) is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care in a supportive, values‑driven team. You’ll lead and support care staff, communicate clearly with residents and families, and contribute to clinical governance while maintaining ongoing professional development.

Casual shifts are available across weekdays with night availability preferred. AHPRA registration is required, aged care experience is valued, and basic computer skills

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration (DIV 2).
• Aged care experience is great—but not essential.
• Strong clinical foundations & a person-centred mindset.
• Confident communicator and team leader.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
