BaptistCare Strathalan Community in Macleod, VIC, seeks an Enrolled Nurse for a Max-Term PPT role to provide person-centred care and support residents in a compassionate aged care setting.

You will deliver safe care, support staff, and communicate clearly with residents and families. The role requires AHPRA registration, strong clinical foundations, and basic computer skills; night availability is preferred for casual shifts.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration (DIV 2) is required.
• Aged care experience is welcome but not essential.
• Strong clinical foundations and a person-centred mindset are important.
• Confident communicator and a capable team leader.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) are desirable.
