Job summary

Ballarat Surgicentre is seeking a flexible EEN to work across the Day Hospital and Skin Cancer Centre. The role involves admissions, discharges, theatre support (local anaesthetic), recovery, wound care, and pre-admissions tasks, with on-site training provided.

You will join the Ballarat Skin Cancer Centre team, providing clinical support in outpatient clinics and medical consulting suites, with 1-2 shifts per week on a casual basis.

Job description

The role is diverse, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in all areas of the facility. Whilst working within the Ballarat Surgicentre, you will be rostered on a casual basis of 1-2 shifts per week, to work in all areas of the Day Hospital, including Admissions, Discharges, Theatre – assisting the doctor with surgery (local anaesthetic only), Recovery, and CSSD – experience not required, onsite training provided. Whilst working within the Ballarat Skin Cancer Centre, you will be rostered in Outpatients Nurses Clinic, Pre-Admissions, and Medical Consulting Suites – Assisting the Doctor with clinical support.
