Creswick Health, Creswick Campus, operated by Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH), is seeking an enthusiastic Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team. The facility includes a 30-room residential aged care and a 10-bed sub-acute ward, with a mixed ward approach focused on high-quality person-centred care.

We offer a permanent part-time position with hours to be negotiated. All appointments require police checks and immunisation evidence as part of CHRH’s commitment to safe, inclusive care

Enrolled Endorsed Nurse - Creswick Nursing

We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Creswick Health and welcome all applications.

Situated less than 15 minutes' drive from Ballarat, our Creswick Campus boasts a recently renovated state of the art 30 room residential aged care facility and 10 bed Sub-Acute facility. As a mixed ward, at Creswick Health, we strive to provide best care, every time for our residents and patients. We believe by our individualised approach, we not only maximise the quality of life of those we care for but also optimise our staff health and wellbeing.

Salary: Enrolled Nurse - IB68 $38.14 to IB72 $40.58 per hour, dependent on experience + superanuation

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
