Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced consultant to help clients transform engineering practices, optimize product development, and leverage Digital Thread/Twin, RPA, ML, AI, and Blockchain. You will work across industries, lead small teams, and contribute to thought leadership and sales origination.

The role requires 3+ years in engineering improvement initiatives, 1 year in consulting, and 1 year with new technologies. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level.
• 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience).

Responsibilities

• Support clients across industries to address engineering transformation issues.
• Lead engineering transformations: org structure, new product development, R&D spend, lifecycle management systems.
• Conduct value analysis, value engineering and Design to Value assessments.
• Develop Product Strategies including Product as a Service and Platform Ecosystems.
• Drive Innovation Management and Product Portfolio optimization balancing VOC and cost to serve.
• Digitize Engineering with Digital Thread / Twin, RPA, ML, AI, Blockchain.
• Spot and solve engineering problems using advanced analytics and should-cost modelling.
• Lead small to medium teams (2–5) and coach others; support sales origination and thought leadership.
• Challenge legacy processes to fuel client growth and positive community impact.
