You will coach, mentor, and develop your people while driving innovation to improve customer experience and scale our systems as our user base grows.

You will lead the team in identifying, selecting, and implementing technology solutions, design and enforce technology standards, and advocate capabilities internally and externally,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of software engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience architecting scalable cloud platforms for high-traffic sites.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID and microservices design.
• Experience with SDLC best practices and code reviews.
