Job summary

HR Surveyors, a dynamic surveying company with strong client relationships across Queensland, seeks an Engineering Surveyor to join our Brisbane/Gold Coast team. You will deliver high‑quality surveying projects and collaborate with clients to meet their requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in surveying, proficiency in AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center and 12D, and can work autonomously or as part of a team. Salary package negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of surveying experience.
• Certificate III in Surveying preferred but not essential with the right experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center and/or 12D.
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver surveying projects that meet our highest standards.
• Perform survey calculations, drafting and reports where required using the appropriate survey software.
• Liaise with clients to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with their requirements.

Having developed strong long-term client relationships through the delivery of quality projects and exceptional client service, our growth has opened up an opportunity for a motivated engineering surveyor to join our talented team. Specialising in Civil, Building, Rail and Drone Surveying, we seek an experienced Engineering Surveyor to join our team in Queensland, working in Brisbane/Gold Coast/Northern NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver surveying projects that meet our highest standards;
• Perform survey calculations, drafting and reports where required using the appropriate survey software;
• Liaise with clients to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with their requirements;
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all work is understood and performed efficiently and effectively; and
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all processes are met.

To Be Successful in This Position You Require:

• 2+ years’ experience in Surveying;
• A minimum Certificate III in Surveying preferred but not essential with the right experience;
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center and/or 12D
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team;
• Strong time management and organisational skills; and
