Job summary

You will support sales engineering, oversee machining and test shop, develop software procedures, manage budgets, and liaise with other departments to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership experience in an engineering environment.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct and control engineering and technical operations.
• Oversee R&D projects and implement strategies, policies and plans.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, regulations and safety requirements.
• Provide sales-support engineering, documentation, certification, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate design and technical CAD drawings for valve and actuation.
• Support and oversee machining and test shop activities.
• Assist Quality Manager with technical documentation.
• Engage with other departments to drive business development.
