TSS Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale mining and mineral processing projects across local and international markets. You will report to the Group Manager – Project Delivery and oversee execution, resources, commercial performance and client relationships, ensuring safety and contractual compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Engineering degree with 10+ years in mining/EPCM, including international project delivery. Travel will be required.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years' experience in mining, mineral processing or related industries.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale projects within an EPCM environment.
• Experience delivering mining projects locally and internationally is essential.
• Exposure to gold, base metals or lithium projects highly desirable.
• Strong technical background with broad multidisciplinary project knowledge.
• Sound understanding of project implementation, constructability, safety and environmental requirements.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors.
• Strong commercial, project controls and client relationship management capabilities.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of medium to large-scale mining and mineral processing projects across local and international markets.

Reporting to the Group Manager – Project Delivery, this position will be responsible for managing project execution, resources, commercial performance and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of mining and mineral processing projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, contractual requirements and client expectations.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and delivery performance.

Manage project budgets, schedules, cost control, reporting and change management.

Ensure project activities meet safety, environmental, regulatory and quality requirements.

Develop and maintain project execution plans, procedures and delivery standards.

Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate engagement with key stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery objectives.

Ensure project milestones, budgets and deliverables are achieved.

Candidate Experience

Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.

10+ years' experience in mining, mineral processing or related industries.

Demonstrated experience managing medium to large-scale projects within an EPCM environment.

Experience delivering mining projects locally and internationally is essential.

Exposure to gold, base metals or lithium projects highly desirable.

Strong technical background with broad multidisciplinary project knowledge.

Sound understanding of project implementation, constructability, safety and environmental requirements.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors.

Strong commercial, project controls and client relationship management capabilities.
