Honeywell is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Supervisor to provide technical leadership across Building Management System (BMS) projects. You will lead engineering teams, coordinate resources, and drive successful outcomes across commercial, healthcare, defence, transport and critical infrastructure sectors.

You will mentor engineers, manage risks and deliverables, and partner with project managers to ensure quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering Building Management Systems or Building Automation projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams and technical resources.
• Strong stakeholder, customer and project management capabilities.
• Experience with Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Niagara or Trend platforms.
• Sound understanding of HVAC controls, DDC controls, BACnet and integrated building systems.
• Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Current NV1 Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
