Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking experienced Project Engineers to deliver Building Management System (BMS) projects across commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, data centres, transport infrastructure and critical environments in Sydney, Melbourne, and Canberra.

You will contribute to design, engineering, commissioning and delivery of automation solutions while collaborating with project managers and field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Building Management System (BMS) or Building Automation projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls and integrated building technologies.
• Experience with Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Niagara or Trend platforms.
• Understanding of BACnet, Modbus and IP-based building networks.
• Engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance (current NV1 highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Deliver BMS projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Develop control strategies, software configurations and technical documentation.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and commissioning activities.
• Work closely with project managers, customers, subcontractors and field teams.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet project, quality and safety requirements.
• Support customer acceptance and project closeout activities.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design, engineering, commissioning and delivery of industry-leading building automation solutions.
