CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team focused on user-mode security architecture on Windows and OS subsystems. You will own the roadmap, drive cross-platform designs, and mentor engineers across the US and EU while ensuring high standards in design, code, and testing.

This role emphasizes ownership, performance optimization, and cost awareness, with collaboration across sensor teams and opportunities to apply AI techniques to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distributed software team to ship major features.
• Proven track record of systems-level software at scale (agents, kernels, OS components).
• Hands-on systems programming and strong OS internals knowledge.
• Proficient in memory management, concurrency, and performance.
• Experience with C/C++; Rust is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineers across the US and the EU.
• Own your team's roadmap and delivery from design through release.
• Guide and drive designs for cross-platform features touching file system, processes, memory, and networking subsystems.
• Collaborate with peer sensor teams across the company.
• Set the bar for engineering quality: design reviews, code reviews, testing strategy, performance, and safe rollout.
• Coach engineers through career growth, feedback, and performance conversations.
• Build a culture of ownership and independence.
