Talent in Canberra is seeking a Senior Engineering Lead to shape delivery across a large-scale program with strong technical leadership. You will coordinate across planning, reviews, and delivery with senior leadership and multidisciplinary project teams.
You'll guide engineering management, risk and change, and mentor engineering managers while influencing practices across the program. This role is available as permanent full-time or contract to 30 June 2027, with on-site Canberra requirements
Step into a senior engineering role with influence across the broader delivery environment, providing technical leadership and helping shape how complex engineering outcomes are planned, governed and delivered.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, engineering managers and multidisciplinary project teams across engineering planning, commercial activities, system reviews, change management and delivery. There's a strong advisory element to the role, alongside the opportunity to mentor other engineering managers and influence engineering practices across the broader program.
As the Engineering Lead, you'll provide senior engineering advice and coordination across a large-scale, technically complex program environment, bringing together engineering, project, scheduling, commercial and integration activities.
