Job summary

AGL invites graduates to join its Engineering Graduate Program for a structured two-year rotation across Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Chemical disciplines. You will work with experienced engineers and leaders to develop technical capability and explore career paths within AGL's energy assets portfolio.

Participants gain hands-on experience through three 8-month rotations, with graduate housing provided for rotations away from home.

Qualifications

• Graduated within the last 3 years or due to graduate before program commencement.
• Willing to geographically relocate for 8-month rotations.
• Must have the right to work in Australia for the full 2-year program.
• Own car and licence; some rotation sites are not accessible by public transport.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned rotations across engineering disciplines and assets.
• Contribute to asset management, maintenance and optimisation activities.
• Participate in development and implementation of engineering strategies.
• Support projects and programs and engage in design, development, testing and optimisation.
• Prepare factual and technical reports for engineers and laypersons.
