KPMG Australia is inviting graduates across engineering, data, software and related disciplines to apply for our one‑year grow pathway. You will work on real client projects from day one, supporting infrastructure planning, asset management and program delivery while receiving targeted coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate (2026/2027) eligible for full‑time start in Feb 2027.
• Interest in consulting, infrastructure projects and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong collaboration and problem solving skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and asset management assessments for major infrastructure assets.
• Contribute to project and program delivery, including planning and scheduling.
• Assist with infrastructure economics or planning analysis.
• Analyse technical, environmental or operational data to inform client decisions.
• Review project controls, risks and performance insights on large projects.
